David Crowley, the maker of this film was found dead along with his wife and five year old daughter. The medical examiner has ruled it a murder-suicide. This seems highly suspicious given the content of this film and some other similar deaths of people such as Michael Hastings, Andrew Breitbart, Gary Webb, and Philip Marshall to name a few.
